TVE Coaching Enterprise

1. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

•    Be at least 18 years old

•    Provide accurate and complete registration information

•    Agree to these Terms and all related policies

2. Our Services

We offer self-paced, online training programs related to English education and teaching. All content is delivered digitally through our learning platform.

Note:

TVE Coaching Enterprise does not provide employment or guarantee teaching jobs. We offer training only.

3. Passing Rate

•  The passing rate for the homework is 80%. If failed, you are given unlimited chances to redo your homework until you pass. Take 2 is free. Take 3 onwards costs Php250/retake.

• There is no fixed schedule as to when to submit your homework and demo, as long as they are submitted within the training period.

The trainee is responsible for checking his/her email regarding the last day of his/her TESOL program. 

4. Payments and Access

•    Full payment must be made before you gain access to the course.

•    All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Xendit, Stripe).

•    Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Check your email after enrollment for instructions.

•    Our TESOL program is fully self-paced, with all training materials accessible for six (6) weeks through TVE’s Learning Management System (LMS). 

• Trainees must strictly follow the given time prescription of 6 weeks. You have 6 weeks to finish the training, but you have the option to finish it earlier if you want to. If you need more than 6 weeks, you may apply for an extension for a fee of Php1,000/week.  If you decide to apply for an extension, you must do so BEFORE YOU REACH YOUR DEADLINE so that we can adjust your deadline accordingly. Only those who successfully complete the training on or before the deadline will receive their TESOL certificate. Those who do not will be marked as “failed/incomplete/dropped” and will not receive anything. TVE has no obligation to continue training for anyone who has been marked as “failed/incomplete/dropped”, and no certificate will be issued. Certificates will only be issued to trainees who complete the course within the prescribed time period.

HOLIDAY BREAK NOTICE!!! 

Because of the upcoming holidays, your actual deadline will be beyond 6 weeks so that you can also take a break during the holidays. Your trainee dashboard will continue to be accessible the whole time, so those who want to study during holidays may still do so. 

IMPORTANT!!! THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING OF CERTIFICATES AND NO CHECKING OF HOMEWORK & DEMO FROM DECEMBER 20, 2025 TO JANUARY 3, 2026 AS TVE IS ALREADY ON A HOLIDAY BREAK DURING THAT TIME.   

5. Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.

A refund will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstance:

-The course you enrolled in has been cancelled by TVE Coaching Enterprise

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after being notified of the cancellation. 

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

6. Shipping fee

Free shipping for hard copies of certificate and transcript within the Philippines. 

WE DON'T SHIP OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES (if you’re outside the Philippines, we’ll ship your certificate to your Philippine address).

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

•    Knowing and remembering your deadline by checking the welcome email you received during enrolment

•    Keeping your login credentials secure

•    All activity that occurs under your account

•    Ensuring that your email address is current so you receive important updates

Trainees will have their own trainee dashboard online where they will find complete instructions for the training, their training materials, teaching demonstration guidelines, homework, and video lessons. Each enrollee has a unique log-in, so only you and TVE can see your progress.

Do not share your account with others. Accounts are for individual use only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including videos, PDFs, graphics, branding, and written materials—is the intellectual property of TVE Coaching Enterprise or has been legally licensed for our exclusive use.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, educational purposes only.

You may not:

•    Copy, reproduce, or modify our content

•    Resell or redistribute any materials

•    Share course access with others

•    Use our content for commercial or public purposes without our express written permission

Any unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

•    Misuse or interfere with the platform

•    Attempt to access content not assigned to you

•    Use our content for commercial resale or misleading marketing

•    Engage in illegal or abusive behavior

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

10. Disclaimer

Our training programs are designed for educational purposes only. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, practical content, TVE Coaching Enterprise makes no guarantees or promises regarding:

•    Future employment or job placement

•    Certification acceptance by employers

•    Income or financial outcomes

•    Results after completing our courses

•    Specific teaching performance or classroom success

Success depends on many individual factors, including your effort, background, and external market conditions.

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your progress, and you agree to use our services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVE Coaching Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or services.

This includes—but is not limited to—claims related to:

•    Lost income or profits

•    Missed business or job opportunities

•    Unexpected expenses or losses you associate with taking our course

•    Emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or disappointment with outcomes

•    Technical problems, platform errors, or service interruptions

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to take full responsibility for how you use the content provided and release TVE Coaching Enterprise from liability for any outcomes beyond our control.

12. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
